Jonathan Richman's talk "Silicon Valley Meets Mad Men" will focus on how more advertising is feeling ancient and ineffective but new technologies promise to change all of that to reach people the right way. Richman will discuss how agencies of today can become agencies of the future and what it takes to survive in a changing industry.

Richman serves as VP Marketing Technology for leading Cincy agency, Curiosity. He leads the integration of strategy and technology across all of their major clients. He has extensive agency and client-side experience and has worked for both large and startup companies across his career. He’s a rare combination of strategist and technologist having guided companies to build great software solutions as well as coding his own.
